Visit questions

What is Fly Before You Buy?

It is a Dubai visit ProEstate arranges for buyers who are already comparing specific properties. It combines arrival transport, a guided look at the relevant communities, private viewings of a shortlist agreed before travel, and one advisory session with a consultant.

Do I have to buy a property to take part?

The trip is meant to get you to a decision, not a booking — walking away with “none of these are right” counts as one.

Does ProEstate pay for the flight or the hotel?

For some clients, yes — we cover the flight and the stay. We agree the terms on the call, before we hold a date.

How is the itinerary decided?

From the brief. Budget, intended use, timing and preferred areas are recorded first, and the shortlist and the route between viewings are built from them before travel is booked.

Who pays the commission?

On a new build bought directly from the developer, the commission is paid by the developer, not by you. On a resale, the buyer pays it.

Can I buy in Dubai without coming?

Yes. Many purchases are completed remotely with digital documents and a power of attorney. The visit is a choice, not a condition.

What documents do I need to start?

In most cases a valid passport and basic personal details are enough to open the process. There is no residency requirement to buy in Dubai’s freehold areas.

Keep exploring before you decide.
