Privacy and enquiries

How this website handles your enquiry data.

The site collects what you enter in the property-brief survey or guide request, plus optional measurement after consent.

What the property-brief form sends

When you submit the survey, the site sends your name, telephone and email, preferred language, objective, timing, budget range, optional message, page URL and available campaign parameters to the configured ProEstate CRM intake.

The form requires an affirmative contact-consent checkbox. It cannot report success when the CRM endpoint is unavailable.

What the investment-guide request sends

When you request the Hebrew investment guide, the site sends your email address, source locale, page URL, available campaign parameters, the guide identifier and link, and a consent record to a configured Make.com workflow.

The Make.com workflow uses those details to send one email containing the guide link. The request does not subscribe you to a newsletter; delivery and consent records are retained only as needed to send the email, resolve delivery problems and meet applicable record-keeping duties.

Measurement and device storage

The site stores your cookie-category choice in your browser. Analytics and marketing measurement remain denied until you choose those categories. Essential operation does not depend on accepting optional measurement.

Purpose and access

Enquiry details are intended to let the appropriate ProEstate contact review and respond to the brief. Guide-request details are used by the configured Make.com workflow to deliver the requested guide. Optional measurement is intended to understand site use and marketing performance. Each purpose uses only the details you supplied or the measurement category you allowed.

Your choices

You may use the site without accepting analytics or marketing cookies, and the cookie policy page reopens the banner so a stored choice can be changed or withdrawn. Do not submit the enquiry form if you do not want ProEstate to use the supplied contact details to respond. For a question about details you have already sent, use the published telephone number.
