Property, fee, finance, rental and residency information may change. Dated sources and limitations are shown where available, but users must verify consequential facts with the relevant authority, contract, lender or qualified professional at decision time.
Calculators and examples
Calculators use only the values entered by the user. Their outputs are planning estimates, not quotations, valuations, forecasts or promises. A result can be wrong when an input, definition or omitted cost is wrong.
Enquiries and services
Submitting a property brief requests contact; it does not reserve a property, approve financing, establish residency eligibility or create an adviser-client relationship. Any later service, fee or representation scope is set out separately and in writing by the contracting entity named in that document.
Links, content and availability
Official-source links are provided for verification and may change outside ProEstate’s control. Site access may be interrupted, and a page may be corrected or withdrawn when the source behind it changes.
What these terms do not cover
- A registered contracting entity or a description of any paid service
- Licence numbers and other regulatory disclosures
- Fees, representation scope or commission terms
- Liability limits, intellectual-property terms or acceptable-use rules
- Governing law, competent courts or a dispute-resolution process
A website form is not a transaction agreement.
Any service engagement is set out in separate signed documentation from the contracting entity; nothing on this website creates one.
