Questions people ask before applying

Can I apply from outside the UAE?

Yes. The application asks where you are based and, if you are abroad, which country and city.

Is the role commission-only?

Yes. Consultants are paid on closed transactions only; there is no base salary.

Do I need real estate experience?

Real estate experience is not a threshold, and neither is Dubai market experience. Demonstrable sales experience is required.

What do I need in order to work in Dubai?

The legal right to work in the UAE, plus a UAE driving licence and access to a car — or both in progress.

What happens to my application data?

It is stored privately, read only by the hiring team, and deleted after 12 months. It is never shared outside ProEstate and never used to market property to you. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any point.
