Open role

Property consultant in Dubai, paid on closed deals only.

You sell Dubai property — off-plan and secondary — to buyers who reach us in five languages, commission-only.

What the role is

A property consultant at ProEstate owns a buyer from first enquiry to handover. That means qualifying the enquiry, shortlisting units against a real budget, running viewings across the city, negotiating with the developer or the seller’s agent, and staying with the file through the Dubai Land Department transfer.

What you would actually do

  • Qualify inbound enquiries by budget, timeline and residency intent before booking any viewing.
  • Run viewings in person across Dubai.
  • Negotiate directly with developer sales teams and with sellers’ agents on secondary units.
  • Carry the file through the DLD transfer, including the NOC, the trustee appointment and the handover.
  • Keep the CRM current. An untracked conversation is one nobody can cover when you are unreachable.

What the role requires

  • The legal right to work in the UAE.
  • Business-fluent English plus at least one of Arabic, Hebrew, Russian or Mandarin at a level you would negotiate a purchase in.
  • A UAE driving licence and access to a car, or both in progress. Viewings cross the city on the same afternoon.
  • Demonstrable sales experience. Real-estate and Dubai experience both help, but neither is required.

What helps but is not required

  • An existing RERA broker card, valid or renewable.
  • A client database you may lawfully approach yourself.
  • Experience with Property Finder, Bayut or a brokerage CRM.
  • A personal audience on Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn that you built around property.

What it pays

Commission on every closed transaction, and no base salary. We publish the structure rather than the range, because the range depends on the segment you end up working in, and quoting a headline figure would be the kind of promise this page exists to avoid.

  • No base salary and no draw against commission. A month with no completed transfer pays nothing.

Questions about this role

Do I need Dubai experience?

No. The application asks about Dubai experience separately from total sales experience.
